Top 10 Copenhagen in one day

Actually this is a Top of 14 tourist attractions that can be done in one day. Preferably in summer because the day it’s longer. Most of them are free of charge. 
But first, let's see some quick facts about the city:

They can easily be done in the order I have described them and as you can see on the map.


1. City Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen)
Enjoy the heart of Copenhagen. Perfect for shopping of any kind or just a pleasant stroll around the city.



2. Christiansborg Palace / Christiansborg Slot
The site of the Danish parliament and Supreme Court.


3. Shopping streets:

Strøget / Strøget
The ultimate shopping experience in Denmark. A pedestrian zone full of brand boutiques as well as large shopping centers.
Strædet
Another alternative to Stroget, yet the shops and cafés of Straedet are said to be more charming and set in more relaxed atmosphere.

In fact, Christiania is one of he city’s biggest tourist attractions with such a long list of stories and attractions that a single visit can only give a taste of the 34 hectare area with its 1,000 inhabitants.
